The “5 Questions” Tour Checklist

  1. “Can I visit during lunch or dinner to see the food quality?”
  2. “What’s your staff turnover rate in the past year?”
  3. “What triggers a care level increase, and how often does that happen?”
  4. “Can I speak with a current resident’s family member?”
  5. “What’s your policy if a resident’s needs exceed your care level?”
