Browse houses for sale in Palm Beach Gardens below, then compare the community rules, recurring costs and location that come with each property. A citywide search is a starting point; the right fit depends on the actual address and the way you plan to use the home.
Quick answer: Houses for sale in Palm Beach Gardens include golf and club settings, association neighborhoods and newer homes such as those within Avenir. Start with three questions: Is the parcel inside Palm Beach Gardens city limits? What association and club obligations apply? Does the actual trip to your daily destinations work? A Palm Beach Gardens mailing address, a golf-course view or a citywide listing result does not settle those questions.

The active listings below are the place to start a Palm Beach Gardens home search. Availability and asking prices change, so use the current listing details and double-check the listing you are interested in. Compare the property type, location and ownership obligations before arranging a tour.
Palm Beach Gardens is in northern Palm Beach County. Its history helps explain the garden-city identity: the city describes John D. MacArthur's March 1959 plan for approximately 4,000 acres. The Florida historical marker record dates incorporation to June 20, 1959. That history does not make every property using the city name part of the same jurisdiction or association.
Use the city's GIS and public mapping service to investigate location, parks, zoning and permit information. Confirm municipal status with the appropriate city or county office when it affects a purchase decision. Mailing names, ZIP codes and MLS city fields serve different purposes from legal boundaries.
Build your shortlist around the actual street and community entrance. Two houses with the same mailing city may involve different routes, services and rules. Check the legal parcel, association name and recorded restrictions before treating a listing description as a complete picture.
PGA National, BallenIsles, Mirasol and Eastpointe are names to investigate when comparing golf and club settings. Their arrangements are not interchangeable. BallenIsles describes its private club community in Palm Beach Gardens; use each community and club's current documents to establish the obligations for a particular purchase.
A golf setting can mean several different arrangements. Homeownership, club access and golf privileges may be governed by separate documents. Ask whether a membership is mandatory, which category is required, whether admission is subject to approval and what happens when the property transfers. Do not infer access from a course view or a clubhouse photograph.
Eastpointe is a useful example: its current membership page says new homeowners must hold a Resident Social Membership, with optional upgrades to golf tiers. It should not be treated as a neighborhood without required club membership. Obtain the current terms for the property you are considering; a general city guide cannot quote your complete closing or annual cost.
For every association property, request the current budget, reserves information, pending assessments, application requirements and restrictions relevant to your plans. Rental terms, pets, vehicles, exterior work and guest access can affect everyday use. For a condominium or townhome, clarify the division of maintenance and insurance responsibilities rather than assuming the monthly payment covers everything.
Put the purchase price beside taxes, insurance, association charges, any required club costs and any applicable district assessments. Ask for the documents supporting each line. An attractive asking price can fit differently once these obligations and upcoming work are included.
A gate does not establish whether club membership is required. If you want an association neighborhood without a compulsory club, ask for written confirmation for the exact property. Then compare association services, maintenance responsibilities and restrictions. An absence of club dues does not establish a low total ownership cost.
Avenir and Alton offer different comparison points within a Palm Beach Gardens search. The city's current construction register, checked October 27, 2026, lists residential projects within Avenir. The master plan is in western Palm Beach Gardens; check the specific neighborhood, parcel and current delivery status rather than assuming every home has the same facilities or stage of completion.
The Avenir Community Development District says property owners within its district are subject to annual assessments, collected in the non-ad-valorem portion of the property tax bill. Its financial page provides budget and assessment information. Confirm the district boundary and assessment for the actual parcel, alongside its HOA and any club obligations. No fee amount is quoted here.
Alton's original builder, Kolter Homes, reports Alton sold out on its current page, checked October 27, 2026. That describes the builder's inventory; it does not mean homes cannot be offered by owners. The Alton Town Center directory lists current shopping and services nearby. Review current resale listings and the existing community documents. Compare the actual home, route and obligations with the Avenir property you are considering.
For property research, see the Avenir guide, Avenir master-plan guide and Alton guide. Confirm current status and terms directly before relying on a guide for a particular transaction.
The Burns Road Campus includes the renovated community center, aquatics complex, Lakeside Center, playground and walking and fitness trail. Review the city's current program information, registration and residency requirements for the activities you would actually use. Public recreation and a private community's facilities are separate parts of the comparison.
The city's Gardens GreenMarket lists Sunday hours of 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the City Hall Municipal Campus, 10500 North Military Trail. Its 2026-2027 season began October 4, 2026. Check the current calendar before a visit because event arrangements can change.
For shopping and dining, The Gardens Mall directory is a direct way to check current businesses at 3101 PGA Boulevard. It lists both stores and restaurants; use the individual business page for hours. Compare access from the home rather than assuming every Palm Beach Gardens address has the same convenient trip.
Healthcare should be part of an address-specific review too. NYU Langone's July 15, 2026 announcement reports that its Palm Beach Gardens practice opened that month at 4074 Northlake Boulevard. It offers several medical specialties. Confirm the provider, services, insurance participation and appointment availability directly rather than choosing a home from a map pin alone.
Use the School District of Palm Beach County's registration resources and Find My School link for the exact home address. Confirm the applicable school year, enrollment requirements and any separate choice-program process with the district. A city name or a nearby school does not establish assignment or admission.
Test your likely work, school, shopping and beach trips from the community gate at the times you expect to travel. Include the exit from the neighborhood and the return trip. A route measured from City Hall is not a commute estimate for a home elsewhere in the city.
The city's western Northlake traffic page discusses the SR 710/Beeline Highway reconstruction and traffic constraints at Northlake. Review current project notices before testing a route. Construction phases and signal changes can affect the experience, so a quiet weekend visit should not be your only test.
Checked October 27, 2026: the city lists a proposed mixed-use redevelopment at 3301 Northlake Boulevard on its projects-under-review page. Review status is different from approval, construction or an opening. If nearby land matters to you, inspect the current application and ask planning staff about its status and permitted uses.
The same practical distinction applies to promised retail or community amenities: identify the site, the responsible operator and the stage of the proposal. Compare a property using what exists today and treat an announced future feature as uncertain until its status supports a firmer conclusion.
For a closer community comparison, read the PGA National guide and Eastpointe guide, then verify the current documents for the specific property and club.
Arrange inspections appropriate to the home's age, systems and condition. Review permits for major work, roof and air-conditioning records, drainage observations and the insurance information your insurer needs. Obtain property-specific quotes during the review period. A citywide description cannot establish a home's flood exposure, insurability or future maintenance bill.
Use the listings below to identify possibilities, then compare recent relevant sales and the documents for the individual property. Asking prices and availability change. Keep a dated comparison of condition, location, obligations and likely work so the discussion stays tied to the homes you could actually buy.
If a sale will fund the purchase, line up the timing and budget early. Request a current home value and review selling your home before committing to a purchase timeline that depends on those proceeds.
Compare the actual property, city and association boundaries, recurring costs, condition and daily routes. Confirm club and district obligations for the exact home.
