Brian Wilder leads The Wilder Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Wellington. A fifth-generation Palm Beach County local, Brian entered the real estate business in 1996 and became licensed in 1998. He has sold more than 1,500 homes over his career and has guided clients through multiple market cycles.
Brian specializes in The Acreage, Loxahatchee, Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Westlake and new construction throughout Palm Beach County. His approach is straightforward: help clients understand the property, the costs and the trade-offs before they commit. For acreage buyers, that includes maintenance, wells, septic systems, drainage and how they plan to use the land. For new construction buyers, it means looking closely at contracts, incentives, inspections and completion timelines.
