Brian Wilder is Team Leader of The Wilder Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Wellington, licensed since 1998 and leading a family team that has served Palm Beach County since 1996. He's guided more than 1,500 families through successful real estate transactions, backed by 225+ five-star Google reviews.
Brian is a fifth-generation Palm Beach County resident. His family has been here since before Wellington had streetlights, watching the region evolve from ranch land and tomato fields into one of Florida's most competitive real estate markets. That generational perspective shapes how he works today — he doesn't chase trends, he understands cycles, fundamentals, and what endures.
Real estate wasn't a career Brian discovered later in life. He grew up inside the business. His family built and operated multiple Keller Williams offices, at one point supporting more than 500 agents. Brian learned brokerage operations, agent development, marketing, negotiation, and systems from the inside out — long before most agents write their first contract. That background gives his clients something rare: perspective earned across generations, not just transactions.
Brian leads The Wilder Real Estate Group alongside his wife and business partner, Jennifer Wilder. Their family-led team operates with distributed expertise across Palm Beach County — each family member focused on a specific niche — so clients benefit from hyper-local knowledge backed by shared strategy and accountability. Brian remains personally involved in pricing, negotiation, and high-level decision-making on every file.
The Wilder Real Estate Group specializes in property types and situations many agents avoid: acreage properties, equestrian estates where functional knowledge matters, new-construction communities such as Arden, Avenir, and Westlake where builder contracts require experience, and VA loans, where precision is critical.
Outside of real estate, Brian has been a longtime youth baseball coach, coaching all five of his sons over more than two decades — deeply embedded in the same community he serves. His family, professional relationships, and daily life exist in the same markets his clients call home.
Brian is a student of influence and decision-making, including the work of Edward Bernays. He understands that people don't choose based on facts alone — they choose based on trust, perception, and confidence. By the time his clients review the numbers, they already understand the strategy and feel secure in the process.
Today, The Wilder Real Estate Group is building systems for the next era of real estate: AI-powered tools that improve responsiveness without sacrificing human connection, bilingual content serving a significant Hispanic market, and relationship-driven follow-up that values trust over volume.

Jennifer Wilder is a real estate agent and business partner with The Wilder Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Wellington, specializing in luxury homes and new-construction buyers throughout Palm Beach County. Alongside her husband Brian, Jennifer co-leads a family-run team built on distributed expertise — each member focused on a niche instead of trying to be everything to everyone.
Jennifer's focus is the buyer navigating new construction — communities like Arden, Avenir, and Westlake, where builder contracts, incentive structures, and construction timelines require an agent who understands the process from the ground up, not just the finished product. She brings the same standard to luxury home buyers and sellers, where discretion, market timing, and negotiation experience matter as much as square footage.
Jennifer serves buyers and sellers throughout Palm Beach County, with a focus on new-construction communities and luxury properties in Wellington, Westlake, and the surrounding western communities.
