Mangonia Park homes put the 45th Street Tri-Rail station within your town. Compare the actual home, its route to the platform and the surrounding block. A weekday train trip, an evening at Addie L. Greene Park and a weekend beach outing can shape very different parts of your routine. Use the current listings below to start a property-specific comparison.
Mangonia Park is a town in Palm Beach County with a Tri-Rail station at 1415 45th Street. It can suit a home search organized around rail travel and nearby West Palm Beach destinations. The tradeoff is that the town name alone tells you little about the property, neighboring uses, traffic or noise. Tour the exact block and test your normal trips.
By Brian Wilder | Wilder Real Estate Group | Updated October 27, 2026. Data as of October 27, 2026. Community and operator sources checked on that date. Listing availability changes.
A weekday on the train: The Tri-Rail station page lists free parking for the commuting public, ticket machines and Palm Tran connections. Compare the trip from the house to the station with the rail schedule and your destination at the other end. A station in town does not mean every home offers a comfortable walk to the platform.
An evening outside: The town lists Addie L. Greene Park at 1233 53rd Street. Check the current park information and the route from the home before making it part of an evening routine. The town also publishes pavilion and community-center reservations; a calendar entry for a private reservation is not a public event invitation.
A weekend by the ocean: Palm Beach County lists Ocean Reef Park in Riviera Beach with guarded beach frontage, a dune overlook, picnic areas and a playground. It offers a separate beach outing beyond Mangonia Park. Check beach conditions, parking and pavilion arrangements before leaving, and compare the real drive from the house rather than relying on a town-center estimate.
Use this page's Mangonia Park listings to build a shortlist, then compare similar property types. Read the listing status and confirm availability before arranging a visit. A house, townhome and condominium can involve different maintenance, insurance and association responsibilities even when the asking prices look similar.
Ask for recent comparable closed sales matched to the property type, condition, size and location. Review competing listings and price changes as part of the same comparison. This guide does not assign a townwide price range or claim a particular price band sells faster.
Check the jurisdiction and parcel information through the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser. A mailing address or ZIP code is not a substitute for confirming the parcel's municipality. Use a purchase-specific tax estimate and ask which current exemptions would apply to your situation.
Visit at the times you expect to leave for work and return home. Listen for road and rail activity from inside the house and the outdoor space you would use. Look at adjacent parcels and their current uses. Proximity to transit can help your schedule while changing the noise or traffic you experience at a particular property.
Review roof permits, air conditioning, water heaters, electrical systems, drainage and any additions with qualified inspectors. Home age is not roof age. Ask about the actual roof installation and condition rather than assuming that every home from the same period needs the same work.
Obtain address-specific insurance quotes and review flood information during the contract review period. For a condominium or an association property, obtain current budgets, reserve information, assessments, rules and responsibility schedules. Confirm who handles the roof, exterior, landscaping and shared areas before comparing monthly costs.
The town's Building, Planning and Zoning department is a starting point for permit and proposed-use questions. A seller's description of a conversion or addition does not establish its permitted status.
The School District of Palm Beach County directs buyers to enter the home address in Find My School to identify assigned elementary, middle and high schools. Check the relevant school year with the district. Choice, charter and private-school applications follow their own enrollment processes.
For shopping beyond the town, Tanger Palm Beach is at 1751 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard in West Palm Beach. Its operator visitor page provides directions and a current starting point for a shopping trip. Check its directory for the stores or dining stops you actually use. Fit groceries, healthcare appointments and any place of worship into the same address-based route comparison.
Airport trips, downtown evenings and beach visits each deserve a separate route check. Test the times you expect to travel; rail schedules, transfers and road traffic serve different needs. A nearby hospital or transit stop does not establish access to every service you require.
Nearby-change check, October 27, 2026: We checked the town's news page, parks and recreation information, Tri-Rail's station information, the school district registration page, Tanger's visitor information and the county beach-park page. The town news index lists online bill-payment updates from April 2026. Its recreation calendar includes reserved facilities, which should not be treated as newly opened amenities.
This targeted scan did not establish a newly opened major attraction, school or development to feature as a benefit of buying here. For a property near proposed work, review the current town file and site conditions. An application or marketing plan does not establish a completed project or future home appreciation.
Review Lake Park homes for sale and the Palm Beach County neighborhoods guide alongside the Mangonia Park search. Compare your actual routes, property condition and ownership budget rather than treating nearby towns as interchangeable.
If you have a home to sell, discuss likely sale proceeds, financing and possession dates before committing to the next purchase. Selling first, buying first and coordinating closings have different carrying costs and timing limits. Ask for a comparison built around your property and intended move.
