For shopping and dining, the HOA names Town Center at Boca Raton and Delray Marketplace among area options. These are outings beyond the gate, rather than a walkable commercial center inside the neighborhood.

Compare the actual floor plan and permitted living area rather than treating every house as the same product.
On a 1990s home, ask for roof, air conditioner, water heater, window and shutter records. Have the inspector identify the electrical panel and plumbing materials; a construction decade alone does not prove a particular defect. Get insurance quotes using that specific house's condition and mitigation reports.

The HOA lists a fitness center, resort-style pool, multi-use clubhouse, tennis courts and tot lot. This supports a simple weekday choice: exercise at the clubhouse campus rather than making every workout a separate errand.
