The bridges, lakes and the lot you choose
The original community design uses bridges and lake-oriented streets to connect its residential sections. That setting changes the experience from one lot to another. Compare the actual backyard view, privacy, sun exposure and distance to the clubhouse.
- Walk the yard and check what you see from the main living areas.
- Compare a lake-facing lot with an interior lot on the same floor plan.
- Separate an attractive view from the condition of the roof, pool and systems.
Clubhouse living and the ownership commitment
Seven Bridges combines single-family ownership with shared clubhouse and recreation facilities. Budget for association dues and ask which services, dining, lessons or activities cost extra.

The clubhouse, courts and club life
The Seven Bridges HOA describes a clubhouse, and the amenities are paid for through the HOA, with no separate club membership. The HOA lists:

GL Homes in Delray Beach: the homes and the lots
Every home in those sales was built between 2015 and 2020. Confirm the roof and system ages separately; the construction year does not establish their present condition or insurance eligibility. Plans run from single-story models like the Charleston Grande and the Belvedere to two-story plans like the Colonnade and the Somerset. Lots on recent listings ran about 0.16 to 0.43 acres, with meaningful differences in view, privacy and usable yard. Seven Bridges is not age-restricted.

Everyday life: groceries, health care, parks and worship
Delray Marketplace, at Lyons Road and Atlantic Avenue, puts a Publix, restaurants and a movie theater a few minutes from the gate. Nearby hospitals include Delray Medical Center on Military Trail and Bethesda Hospital West on Hagen Ranch Road; for an emergency, call 911.
Outdoors, Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens and the Wakodahatchee Wetlands boardwalk are both close. West Delray and Boca Raton have churches, synagogues and other congregations of many traditions within a short drive.

If you want an older home you can renovate for less, or a 55-plus community, look elsewhere.
