West Palm Beach, FL — Community Partners of South Florida (CPSFL), a nonprofit organization based in Palm Beach County, recently helped first-time homebuyer Teneisha Cavanaugh purchase a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home in the historic Northwood neighborhood of West Palm Beach.
